These Keith Haring inspired tiles were a blast to make!
Below you can see students working on the wet clay to sculpt and scratch and attach their add-ons to the tiles
Since this is air dry clay and I just don't trust it I had students paint the tiles with white acrylic paint to seal them before adding color.
The final tiles came out great, I used this new fluorescent tempera paint that was surprisingly bright (for tempera paint) and eye catching!
